Staff UX+UI, 3Cs Harvard Health App

We understand the importance of a Design System for enterprises and we follow the 2021 ready enterprise accepted process to build world-class web and mobile apps. We are looking for a rockstar UX to join our team to build a fitness app that will be used by millions of users being built by Harvard & Isha.
3Cs Harvard Health App:
3Cs app is built being at Sadhguru Research Center at Harvard in collaboration with other universities and hospitals in the US to measure human body reacts to different types of exercises, activities, and meditation. 3Cs has a web and mobile app that interacts with users to collect health data and show daily activities and a 3Cs Backoffice app that uses AI & ML to better understand and translate the data.
Key Responsibilities :
- CX, UX, and UI - Html + CSS is a must
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Analyze user feedback & activity and iterate it to enhance the user experience.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Shadowing the Senior Designer's work and making points of improvising
Skills & Experience :
- Have a good understanding of Design Systems(Material-UI, prime-ng & others)
- Fluent in building a responsive web application
- Have an understanding of graphic design fundamentals like layouts, color theory, visual hierarchies, typography.
- Be enthusiastic about working with existing design language.
- Be data-driven and have a problem-solving aptitude.
- Knowledge of Wireframing & Design tools such as Adobe Xd / Figma/Sketch/Axure, Illustrator, Principle, and prototyping tools such as InVision/Marvel/ etc.
- Have a basic understanding of front-end development. (HTML/CSS)
